Exent Technologies Ltd. Expands Games-On-Demand Library With Casual Games From iWin.

SAN FRANCISCO – Mar. 12, 2008 -Exent Technologies , a global market leader in enabling the creation of a broadband-based second release window for PC and video games, has signed a content licensing deal with casual games publisher iWin.

The agreement adds iWin games to Exent’s content offerings, making them available to its white-label turnkey and digital distribution technology customers.

The agreement adds many popular iWin titles including, Mahjong Quest, Family Feud, Jojo’s Fashion Show and the Jewel Quest series to Exent’s extensive library of games. With thousands of titles from casual puzzles to hardcore shooters, companies operating Exent-powered Games-on-Demand services can meet the demand of a wide variety of consumer demographics.

According to a recent study released by Parks Associates, online casual gaming is more popular than online videos and social networking.

“Amassing a strong portfolio of casual game titles to our Games-on-Demand library is an important element of our strategy,” said Zvi Levgoren, CEO, Exent Technologies. “The addition of iWin’s significant catalog brings our customers the very best titles on the market.”

Through its EXEtender™-powered digital distribution services, Exent offers licensed, engaging content to end-users, through a variety of service providers. Companies offering Exent-powered Games-on-Demand services can easily add new titles to their offerings without having to approach publishers for rights.

“iWin publishes and distributes top selling casual games that appeal to all age groups, genders, education and income levels,” said CJ Wolf, CEO, iWin. “We are happy to partner with Exent and provide our games to the extensive audiences served by Exent-powered services, creating additional revenue streams for iWin.”

Exent Technologies’ Games-on-Demand services offer a unique chance for publishers and game developers to increase revenues by reaching new demographics, extend titles’ life span, create demand for new titles and overcome limited shelf-space.
