Exent Technologies Lands Top 100 Ranking on Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA List

Redwood City, Calif. – December 11 2006 Exent Technologies, the global market leader in broadband-based solutions for the monetization of PC and video games, was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa list.

Exent Technologies 1,492 percent growth rate over the past five years put the company at 82nd place on the prestigious list. Exent was ranked 127 in last year’s EMEA Fast 500. The Fast 500 originated in 2001 when Deloitte Technology began surveying the top 500 public and private technology, media and telecommunications companies based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa that achieved the fastest rates of annual revenue growth over the preceding five years.

"We are committed to helping our customers and partners continue to expand their video gaming offerings," said Zvi Levgoren, CEO, Exent Technologies. "Exent offers unparalleled solutions in the fields of digital distribution, in-game advertising, platform enablement and community building. With our wide portfolio, we see our growth continuing apace in coming years."

The Technology Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte’s EMEA Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in EMEA and must be a "technology company," defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.

"Because Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA measures sustained revenue growth over five years, being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA is an impressive achievement," said Eric Morgain, partner in charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 EMEA program. "Exent Technologies deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth."
